What are the requirements for renting a car from Luxo Car Rentals?
Renters must be at least 25, have a valid drivers license, and a major credit card or be 21 years old and pay a security deposit of $500 in lieu of a credit card.
How does the insurance work when renting from Luxo Car Rentals?
Every rental includes basic insurance coverage. Additional options are available for purchase during booking. All rentals require payment of a security deposit unless it is secured with a major credit card.
Can I rent a car from Luxo Car Rentals with a chauffeur for special occasions?
Absolutely! However, it is not currently available. Our goal is to make the chauffeur service available by Fall of 2025. We encourage anyone interested to please book in advance to secure availability.
Are there any restrictions on where I can drive the rental vehicles
Rental vehicles must be operated within the 8 county service area of the rental origin of Metro Atlanta. Please check with our agents for further details.
How do I extend my rental period with Luxo Car Rentals?
Contact our customer service at least 24 hours before your rental period expires. Extensions are subject to vehicle availability and additional charges.
What should I do if the rental car breaks down or I have an emergency?
Luxo Car Rentals provides 24/7 roadside assistance for all rentals. In the event of a breakdown or emergency, please call the number provided at the time of rental. We will arrange for assistance or a replacement vehicle as necessary.
